A 500g box of sushi maki sticks — 30 individually wrapped surimi sticks made specifically for sushi rolling. Longer and thinner than standard crabsticks, sized to fit cleanly inside a sheet of nori for California rolls and uramaki. Surimi (Japanese for “shaped white-fish protein”) is 80% protein, naturally low-fat, low-calorie at 17 calories per stick, and a pantry staple that can keep for months in the freezer.
