Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the Dover sole in a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the fish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Remove from oven and garnish with parsley, chives and lemon wedges.
