Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Place the haddock fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with the herbed crumb mixture.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through.
