Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare Crispy Baked Yellowfin Sole.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over the fish fillets.
In another bowl, mix the flour and panko breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle the mixture over the fish fillets.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the top before serving.
