To prepare Grilled Haddock with Garlic Butter, melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Once melted, add the minced garlic and parsley. Stir until the butter is fully combined with the garlic and parsley.
Next, season the haddock fillets with salt and pepper and spread the garlic butter mixture over the top of the fillets.
Finally, place the fish fillets on a preheated grill and cook the haddock for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
