    Ingredients

    • 2 haddock fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • To prepare Grilled Haddock with Garlic Butter, melt the butter in a small saucepan.

    • Once melted, add the minced garlic and parsley. Stir until the butter is fully combined with the garlic and parsley.

    • Next, season the haddock fillets with salt and pepper and spread the garlic butter mixture over the top of the fillets.

    • Finally, place the fish fillets on a preheated grill and cook the haddock for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. 

    • Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
