Begin by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Next, heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Combine the white wine, lemon juice, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced slightly.
Add the grilled shrimp and toss to coat.
Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
