    • 2 haddock fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons capers
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

    Method
