To prepare Halibut with Coconut Curry Sauce, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the coconut milk, bring the mixture to a simmer, and reduce the heat to low.
Add the halibut fillets to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the halibut with the sauce, and enjoy.
