To begin, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the scallops and cook for about two minutes on each side.
Then take each scallop and wrap it with a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf.
Place the wrapped scallops back in the skillet and cook for an additional two minutes.
Finally, season the scallops with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
