How to serve
- Sushi / sashimi: defrost, slice, serve with soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.
- Nigiri: drape over small balls of seasoned sushi rice; brush with soy.
- Ceviche: dice and “cook” in lime juice with chilli, red onion and coriander.
- Salads: Asian-style with cucumber, sesame and ponzu.
- Hot dishes: add to pasta, paella or rice bowls in the last minute — warm through only.
