How to cook
- Oven: 200°C for 18–20 minutes from frozen, turning halfway.
- Deep-fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes from defrosted.
- Air fryer: 190°C for 12–14 minutes from frozen.
- Shallow-fry: medium-high in oil for 3 minutes per side.
Serve with sweet chilli, lime-mayo or a coriander-lime salsa. Pair with a chilled Riesling or a dry sparkling wine to balance the cayenne.
