How to serve
- Grilled with garlic butter: top with garlic butter and breadcrumbs, grill 4–5 minutes.
- Moules mariniere style: warm in white wine, garlic and shallots for 3–4 minutes.
- Paella: arrange across the rice in the last 4 minutes.
- Asian style: with chilli, ginger, soy and coriander.
Pair with a chilled Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris.
