A 1kg bag of farmed sea bass fillets, individually quick-frozen, skin-on, 130–190g per fillet. Sea bass has quietly become one of the UK’s favourite restaurant fish — mild, sweet, easy to cook well, and a credible alternative to cod or haddock when those species feel tired. The IQF format means you can pull out one or six without thawing the whole pack — ideal for couples cooking ad hoc or families splitting a meal.
