Mix the cornflakes with the flour.
Put the fish on a plate and season with salt, pepper, lemon, garlic and chopped dill.
Roll the fish fillet in the cornflake and flour mixture, rolling from both sides.
Heat 2-3 inches of oil in a deep-fryer. The oil must be heated to 365 degrees given that when the oil rises to a temp of 350, the fish begins to stick to the pan and the fillets become too soggy when cooked.
Once the oil has reached the required temp, fry the fish until they turn a golden brown. This should take about 3 to 4 minutes.
Take the fish fillets out of the oil and place them on a paper towel.
For the Garlic Mayo:
Saute the chopped garlic until it gets golden brown. Combine all of the ingredients for the garlic mayo in a mixing bowl; sauteed garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Mix all the ingredients until they have formed a mixture that is firm and smooth.
Serving Suggestion: Serve fish with garlic mayo, lemon wedges, and rice.
