  • 1 pound king crab legs
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh parsley to garnish


  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat.

  • Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.

  • Add the crab legs, parsley and lemon and lime juice. Scatter with salt and pepper.

  • Cook the crab legs for about 10 minutes, stirring infrequently, just enough to coat it with the butter.

  • Serving Suggestions: Serve the crab legs hot with slices of lemon and lime and parsley to garnish.
