How to cook
- Oven: preheat to 200°C, bake from frozen on a tray for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and piping hot
- Air fryer: 200°C for 10–12 minutes
- Pan-fry in shallow oil for 3–4 minutes a side until deep golden
- Serve with chips and peas, or in a soft white bap with tartare and lettuce
