How to serve

  • Sushi / sashimi: defrost, slice, serve with soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.
  • Nigiri: drape over small balls of seasoned sushi rice; brush with soy.
  • Ceviche: dice and “cook” in lime juice with chilli, red onion and coriander.
  • Salads: Asian-style with cucumber, sesame and ponzu.
  • Hot dishes: add to pasta, paella or rice bowls in the last minute — warm through only.

Pair with chilled sake, a clean Riesling or a Sauvignon Blanc.
