How to use
- Crab linguine: fold into hot pasta with garlic, chilli, lemon, parsley and a knob of butter.
- Crab on toast: with mayonnaise, lemon and a twist of black pepper on sourdough.
- Crab cakes: bind lightly with potato or breadcrumb, pan-fry in butter.
- Cocktail / starter: with avocado, gem lettuce and Marie Rose.
