How to use

  • Crab linguine: fold into hot pasta with garlic, chilli, lemon, parsley and a knob of butter.
  • Crab on toast: with mayonnaise, lemon and a twist of black pepper on sourdough.
  • Crab cakes: bind lightly with potato or breadcrumb, pan-fry in butter.
  • Cocktail / starter: with avocado, gem lettuce and Marie Rose.
  • Dressed crab: mix with mayonnaise and lemon, serve in the shell or on lettuce leaves.
