How to serve
- Dressed crab: pick the white and brown meat, dress with mayonnaise, lemon and cayenne; replate in the shell.
- Crab linguine: fold through hot pasta with garlic, chilli, lemon and parsley.
- Crab on toast: on sourdough with watercress, lemon and black pepper.
- Crab cakes: bind picked meat with breadcrumb and potato.
Pair with a chilled Sancerre or English sparkling wine.
