How to serve the bundle
Defrost components separately overnight in the fridge.
- Oysters: serve cold with mignonette, lemon and a touch of Tabasco; or warmed under the grill briefly with butter and breadcrumbs.
- Rock lobster: halve, brush with garlic butter, grill flesh-up for 6–8 minutes — or steam whole for 8–10 minutes.
Pair with chilled Champagne or a Burgundian Chardonnay.
