An 800g net pack of raw headless deveined prawns at the 21/25 size grade — Penaeus vannamei, the species used by most professional kitchens for stir-fries, pastas and curries. Off-white in colour, slightly smaller than tiger prawns, with the convenient prep-work already done (head removed, veined cleaned). Block-frozen, popular with our restaurateur customers — needs to be defrosted all at once.
