A 160g tray of pre-cooked wild octopus pieces — tako in Japanese, prepared specifically for sushi nigiri, sashimi or salads. Octopus used for sushi is always pre-boiled (raw octopus is too chewy), and tako delivers the mildly sweet flavour and juicy texture that’s prized at the sushi counter. Ready to eat after defrosting.
