How to use
- Defrost overnight in the fridge, or under cold running water in 10 minutes
- Drain and pat dry before using in stir-fries and pasta — keeps the pan hot
- Add at the last minute to hot dishes (they’re already cooked)
- Fold cold into prawn cocktail, sandwich filling, summer salad or a chilled noodle bowl
- Do not refreeze once defrosted
