Coho Salmon Fillet 700g–800g – Sushi Grade, Skinless & Boned
Premium sushi-grade Coho salmon fillet (Oncorhynchus kisutch) weighing 700g–800g, vacuum-packed, skinless and boned. Farmed in the pristine coastal waters off Chile, this fillet delivers outstanding quality whether you enjoy it raw or cooked.
Coho salmon – also known as Silver salmon – is a favourite among sushi enthusiasts and seafood lovers for its bright orange flesh, clean taste, and beautiful texture. Each fillet is carefully processed and flash-frozen to lock in freshness and ensure sushi-grade quality.
What It Tastes Like
Expect a delicate, mildly sweet flavour with a smooth, buttery mouthfeel. The medium fat content gives Coho a lovely richness without being overpowering, making it perfect for both raw and cooked dishes. The flesh is firm with a clean, satisfying flake.
