They are small crabs that can be purchased live and are usually poached, steamed, or cooked into soups. The soft-shell crabs molt during spring and are cleaned before being sold. In addition to being edible, soft-shell crab is deliciously lightly fried, pan-seared, and drizzled with lemon juice. There are two types of fresh-picked blue crab meat: lumps, which are thick chunks ( the most desired ), and flakes, smaller bits.
Besides Asian blue crab legs, we also sell Greek whole blue crabs. Compared to other species, their meat-to-shell ratio is lower, which makes them an ideal ingredient for curries and other recipes.
There are many Dungeness crabs in the Pacific Ocean north of Alaska. You can’t go wrong with steamed Dungeness crabs if you want a delicious, sweet dish. Bisque is also a good use for it.

There is no doubt about the king crab’s reputation around the world. King crab is the perfect seafood for a festive occasion when you want creamy, buttery, soft, and savoury seafood.
King crabs are caught in the Alaskan and Norwegian waters en route to us frozen. There is enough food for one person on one whole leg. Four people could be generously helped by an entire cluster (approximately 1000g or more).
The most delicious results are obtained when the king crab is cooked in raw form. Despite this, large raw clusters cannot always be accommodated in ordinary boiling pots. They’re also one of the largest edible crab species, with shells as long as 11 inches and legs as long as 6 feet!
Stone crabs are native to the Atlantic Ocean. There isn’t much to stone crabs other than their claws. There can, however, be a considerable amount of meat and size to the claws. Further, fisheries tend to return crabs to the ocean after declawing (through either a single or double claws removal). The claws of some crabs are even capable of growing back. With mustard sauce, you can enjoy cooked claws at their best.
In a way, snow crabs can be thought of as the little cousins of king crabs. Ice-cold polar waters are the home of the snow crab.
There is a pinky-white colour to the meat, which is both sweet and tender. People often steam, boil, or bake the legs lightly brushed with butter. The legs of snow crabs are also good fried.
The snow crab clusters and the snow crab meat we sell are all cooked. Getting hands on the meat and working the legs can make eating the clusters more interesting.
English brown crab
English brown crabs may appear modest compared to king crabs, but their claw meat is exceptional. As far as English crab is concerned, we sell it in every form – whole, dressed, claws, white, blended, and brown crab meat.
Soft shell crab
The soft-shell crab is nothing more than a blue crab that has moulted. They have shed their old shells, but have not yet developed or toughened their new shells. The difference between these mouth waterers and others is you prepare them entirely for consumption. You can fry them or batter them.
No longer need to wait to prepare the soft shell crabs. The most common method of eating them is to fry them and then eat them whole. Soft-shell crab burgers are becoming increasingly popular these days. How about trying it out and telling us what you think?
