A 400g pack of picked snow crab meat — wild-caught in the coldest parts of the North Atlantic off Canada, considered the country’s national dish. Caught with pots by skilled fishers who take only prime quality males that meet or exceed minimum size limits. The picked meat is sweet, bright white, and a substantial step up from the standard mixed crab meat for salads and sandwiches.
