How to serve
If your pot arrives frozen: pierce the lid and microwave on full power for 6–8 minutes (until contents reach boiling point), then set in the fridge for 4 hours. Eat within 48 hours of setting.

- Lunchbox: defrosted, take to work for an authentic East End lunch.
