How to serve
- Steam: 5–6 minutes over simmering water to refresh.
- Grill / broil: brush with garlic butter, grill 3–4 minutes.
- Boil: 4–5 minutes in seasoned water with bay and lemon.
- Cold: defrost and serve at room temperature with mayonnaise and lemon.
Serve with melted garlic butter, lemon wedges, mayo, plenty of paper towels and a hammer or crackers. Pair with a chilled Chardonnay or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
