Ten breaded plaice fillets in a box, 170–200g each — North Sea plaice in a light golden crumb that crisps up to chip-shop perfection. Plaice is a UK favourite (and the most-eaten flat fish across northern Europe), and breaded portions are the easiest, fastest way to put a fish supper on the table. An affordable midweek staple that beats supermarket fish fingers on every measure.
