How to cook marinated king prawns
- BBQ / griddle: grill shell-down for 3 minutes, flip for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Pan-fry: 2–3 minutes per side in a hot pan with a splash of oil.
- Oven: 220°C for 7–9 minutes on a tray.
Serve with garlic mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, lemon wedges and crusty bread. Pair with a chilled Albariño or a crisp rosé.
