How to cook
- Deep-fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes from frozen until golden and crisp.
- Oven: 200°C for 12–14 minutes from frozen, turning halfway.
- Shallow-fry: medium-high in oil for 2 minutes per side.
- Air fryer: 190°C for 9–11 minutes from frozen.
Serve with aioli, garlic mayo, sweet chilli or tartare sauce. Pair with a cold beer or a chilled rosé.
