How to cook
- Oven: 200°C for 10–12 minutes from frozen.
- Shallow-fry: medium-high in oil for 2 minutes per side.
- Deep-fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes from frozen.
- Air fryer: 190°C for 8–10 minutes from frozen.
Serve with soy, ponzu or a Japanese-style sweet-chilli dipping sauce, with grated daikon and a wedge of lemon. Pair with chilled sake, a clean Riesling or a dry sparkling.
