How to cook

  • Deep-fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes from frozen until golden and crisp.
  • Oven: 200°C for 12–14 minutes from frozen, turning halfway.
  • Air fryer: 190°C for 9–11 minutes from frozen.

Serve with aioli, sweet chilli or a soy-and-lime dipping sauce, with a wedge of lemon and a sharing-bowl of chips. Pair with a cold beer or a chilled Riesling.
