How to use
- Cook the sushi rice, dress with rice vinegar, sugar and salt while still warm
- Spread a thin even layer onto a nori sheet on the rolling mat, leaving a strip at the top edge
- Lay your fillings (fish, cucumber, avocado, tobiko, sushi ebi) in a line along the centre
- Roll firmly using the mat, seal with a wet finger, slice into 6–8 pieces with a wet sharp knife
- Serve with our wasabi paste, soy sauce and pickled ginger
