Gravadlax originates in Scandinavia and consists of salmon cured using salt, sugar and dill amongst a selection of herbs and spices, with a similar taste and texture to sashimi. Our Traditional Scandinavian style gravadlax is made using sustainable superior Scottish Salmon cured by Port of Lancaster’s own in-house chef. Gravadlax comes sliced, ready to eat, in a 200g vacuum pack.

Best paired with a classic Muscadet Sèvre-sur-Maine or citrussy Alsace Riesling.
