Dover Sole is a type of flatfish that lives on the seabed of the North Atlantic Ocean. Its fillet has a light flesh with a delicate but meaty texture. When cooked, it has a rich and creamy flavour. Our fillets come from wild-caught British Dover Sole, filleted to perfection, then frozen to lock the moisture and flavour in. These are vacuum-packed fillets 150-190g each—a perfect choice for a healthy meal.
