How to cook
- Pan-fry: 1–2 minutes per side in butter and garlic.
- BBQ skewers: thread, brush with chilli-lime butter, grill 90 seconds per side.
- Pasta: tossed through hot garlic-and-chilli linguine.
- Salads: over Caesar or Mediterranean leaves with lemon and olive oil.
- Fishcakes: chop and bind with potato and breadcrumb; pan-fry in butter.
