How to serve
Already cooked — just warm through gently for hot dishes (overcooking turns them rubbery).
- Sharing platter: shell-on with garlic mayo, sweet chilli, lemon wedges and crusty bread.
- Prawn cocktail: peel, dress with Marie Rose on shredded lettuce.
- Stir-fry: 60–90 seconds in the wok — just enough to warm through.
- Pasta: toss through hot garlic linguine off the heat.
- Curry: add at the very end of the simmer.
Pair with a chilled Albariño or an English sparkling.
