How to serve
- Starter for two: arrange on a board with rye bread, butter, capers, lemon and dill.
- Brunch: over scrambled eggs on sourdough, with crème fraîche and chives.
- Salads: flake into a green salad with avocado, cucumber and a yoghurt-dill dressing.
- Platter for entertaining: serve alongside cheeses, olives, pickles and oatcakes.
- Pasta: stir flaked smoked fish through hot tagliatelle with crème fraîche and lemon zest.
The variety opens up several wine pairings — Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc all work, depending on which fish you reach for first.

All four components oak-smoked in small batches before being assembled and vacuum-packed. Dispatched frozen from our UK warehouse in insulated packaging to keep the cold chain intact through to your door.
