How to cook
- Deep-fry: 180°C for 5–6 minutes from defrosted, until golden.
- Shallow-fry: medium-high heat in oil for 3–4 minutes per side until crisp.
- Oven: 200°C for 18–20 minutes from frozen, turning halfway.
- Air fryer: 190°C for 12–14 minutes from frozen.
Serve with mushy peas, tartare sauce, a wedge of lemon and a green salad — or sandwich into a bun with rocket and remoulade for a Friday-night fish burger.
