How to cook
- Oven (recommended): 200°C for 12–15 minutes from frozen, turning halfway, until golden and the prawns are pink-opaque inside.
- Deep-fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes from defrosted.
- Air fryer: 190°C for 10–12 minutes from frozen.
Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce, a wedge of lime and a herby green salad. Pair with a chilled Riesling or a dry sparkling wine to balance the chilli.
