How to serve
- Prawn cocktail (the British classic): defrost, peel, dress with Marie Rose on shredded lettuce.
- Sharing platter: shell-on with garlic mayo, lemon wedges and crusty bread.
- Seafood pasta or stir-fry: add peeled prawns at the very end, just to warm through.
- Soups and stews: add to bisques and chowders right before serving.
Pair with a chilled Albariño, a Sancerre or a dry English sparkling wine.
