Cook pasta according to instructions on the package.
Chop the tomatoes, shred the basil and cut the prawns in half lengthways.
Dice and sauté the garlic and olive oil. Add the tomatoes, basil, white wine vinegar and prawns, and then season the mixture with rosemary, pepper and salt.
Cook for 10 minutes over very low heat, or until the tomatoes are soft and the juices have reduced.
Plate the pasta straight away.
Serving Suggestions: Serve the pasta with the sauce on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
