  • 500g cooked prawns, shell-on
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 150ml mayonnaise
  • 50g harissa
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the prawns. For an extra-deep flavour, add half of the chilli to the mixture.

  • Place the prawns on a plate for people to peel and dip the sauce.

  • Serving Suggestions: Serve with lime wedges.
