Ingredients
400g cooked prawns in shells
2 anchovy fillets from a can
1 red chilli
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Little Gem lettuce
Lemon wedges and crusty bread, to serve
Method
Divide the prawns among two glass tumblers.
Chop the anchovies. Cut in half, then seed the chilli, finely chop the flesh.
Combine the mayonnaise with the anchovies and chilli; divide between two dishes.
Chop lettuce into wedges and serve the pint of prawns with the mayonnaise dressing.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with crusty bread, lemon wedges and a nice beer.
