Divide the prawns among two glass tumblers.
Chop the anchovies. Cut in half, then seed the chilli, finely chop the flesh.
Combine the mayonnaise with the anchovies and chilli; divide between two dishes.
Chop lettuce into wedges and serve the pint of prawns with the mayonnaise dressing.
