In a wok, heat the olive oil over high heat.
Add in the garlic and cook till fragrant.
Add in the capsicums and cook till there is a slight change of colour.
Add in the tiger prawns and cook for 2mins.
Add in soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir to combine & cook for another 1min.
